2017 Zone 6 Fall Commercial Gillnet Fishery, Below Bonneville Hook and Line Fishery

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Fish and Wildlife Code of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) has the authority to establish regulations for Umatilla Ceremonial, Subsistence and Commercial fisheries.  Pursuant to that authority, the Fish and Wildlife Commission has adopted the following regulations dated 9-8-17.

2017/2018 Fall Winter Umatilla Salmon and Steelhead Fisheries

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Fish and Wildlife Code of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) has the authority to establish emergency regulations for Umatilla Ceremonial, Subsistence, and Commercial fisheries.  Pursuant to that authority, the Fish and Wildlife Commission has adopted the following regulations, dated 8-30-2017.

Pursuant to that authority, the  Fish  and Wildlife Commission adopted the attached regulations dated August 17, 2017.

Invasive Weed Environmental Assessment and Integrated Management Plan Comment Period

Your comments will be helpful in developing or refining the proposed action and alternatives. Comments that would be most useful are those stating site specific concerns and those that can help us develop treatments that would be responsive to our goals to control, contain, or eradicate invasive plants. 2017 Columbia River Commercial Sturgeon Setline and Platform/Hook & Line Fisheries

Pursuant to Chapter 2 of the Fish and Wildlife Code of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, the Fish and Wildlife Commission (FWC) has the authority to establish regulations for Umatilla Ceremonial, Subsistence and Commercial Fisheries.  Pursuant to that authority, the FWC adopted the attached regulations dated July 31, 2017.

Request for Proposals - North Fork Touchet Fish Habitat Enhancement Instream Design and Construction Oversight Project

Project Purpose and Location: The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Program is currently requesting proposals for the North Touchet River Reach 3 Fish Habitat Enhancement Project design package for restoration efforts on the North Touchet River. The project site is located approximately 3 miles southeast of Dayton, WA, on the North Fork Touchet River at RM 3.3 in Columbia County.
