The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Program, is requesting proposals for implementation of the Bird Track Springs Fish Habitat Enhancement. The project is located along the mainstem Upper Grande Ronde River near Bird Track Springs Campground, approximately 10 miles southwest of the City of La Grande, Oregon along Highway 244 (Township 3 South, Range 36 East, Section 15) between river miles 144-146.

The scope of the Fish Habitat Enhancement project includes channel, side channel, and floodplain swale construction, installation of Large Wood Material (LWM) structures, floodplain grading, work area isolation and water management, channel reclamation, temporary bridge installations, and site clean-up.
