The Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR), Department of Natural Resources Fisheries Program is currently requesting proposals for the Middle Upper Grande Ronde River and Woodlee tree harvest, transport, and stockpiling of large wood material which will be utilized for fish habitat enhancement projects along the Upper Grande Ronde River.

The scope of this RFQ includes tree harvest, loading and hauling wood material to selected stockpile locations, decking and organizing delivered wood material at stockpiles, and rehabilitation of logging units, including drainage repair and placement of slash on skid trails and general site clean-up.

Project Timeline:  Logging, hauling, and delivery/stockpiling of materials at designated locations will be completed between late September through November 15, 2018.
