CTUIR OCSE Services:

CTUIR OCSE partners with states and tribes to serve families. CTUIR’s Family Law Code authorizes us to verify employment for employees working for tribal entities or enterprises. If you are interested in applying for our services, please print the Application for Services and turn it into our office at the Nixyaawii Governance Center.

Why apply for CTUIR OCSE Services?

Parents have a legal duty to support their children. Child support orders ensure both parents are consistently involved in the financial well-being of a child. In 2014, we collected $38,248 from tribal dividends and an additional $2,831 from five voluntary payments. For some families, dividend garnishment may be the only child support available.
