Recipient Eligibility & Enrollment Verification Form

The Confederated Tribes Scholarship is awarded based on available funding, and selection is not guaranteed.

To be considered for a scholarship, applicants must:

1. Be an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation
2. Not be incarcerated
3. Possess a high school diploma or GED completion certificate*
4. Demonstrate good academic standing (GPA ≥2.00)*
5. Complete following application form with all required attachments by the posted funding cycle deadline
