To apply for enrollment in the CTUIR, please fill out the application below.
To become an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation, a person must meet some specific criteria and apply for membership. The criteria was adopted by the Tribe's general membership and is listed in Section B, Article IV of the CTUIR's Constitution and By-Laws. To be eligible for enrollment, the applicant must meet BOTH of the following adopted criteria:
- Have one parent or grandparent who is an enrolled member of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation; AND
- Have at least one-fourth (1/4) degree of Indian blood from any federally recognized Indian Tribe within the United States.
