Public Meeting 2: 2020 CTUIR Coordinated Human Services - Public Transportation Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) will hold the following public meetings, followed by a public hearing in front of the Land Protection Planning Commission:

The 2020 CTUIR Coordinated Human Services – Public Transportation Plan - The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Oregon Department of Transportation-Rail & Public Transit Division (ODOT-RPTD) require recipients of FTA Section 5310 program funds and the state’s Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund (STIF) to engage in a coordinated planning process, known as the Coordinated Human Services – Public Transportation Plan.  CTUIR receives these funds, which help operate Kayak Public Transit.

Projects identified in this plan must be reviewed every three years and updated every five years. The CTUIR has reviewed the 2020 CTUIR Coordinated Human Services – Public Transportation Plan and will be holding public meetings to engage with stakeholders to discuss the proposed updates.  All public meetings and hearings will be hybrid, and individuals are invited to attend in person, virtually, or by phone.
