Hemorrhagic disease outbreak suspected in white-tailed deer during late summer of 2019

There is a potential for an outbreak of Hemmorhagic disease afflictign the locl white-tailed deer heard on and around the Umatilla Indian Reservation and the Blue Mountains.  The attached document can assist in identifying Hemmorhagic disease.  If you identify deer with any of the symptoms in the docuement, please contact CTUIR Department of Natural Resources Scott Peckham at 541-429-7241.
