Out of an abundance of caution, the Nixyáawii Governance Center will be closed for the remainder of the day due to some employees experiencing negative effects of a bad odor stemming from an overheated equipment battery. Employees within the governance center have been granted general administrative leave for the rest of the day.
Public Works, Public Safety, Environmental Health & Safety and EESP are on site to rectify the situation.
