GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES

The role of the Human Resources Office Assistant is to provide support to HR staff, management, and employees in a wide variety of areas including recruitment, employee relations, filing, benefits, and policies and procedures, also responsible for greeting guests/customers in a professional manner, answers phones, opens and distributes staff mail.  At all times provide high level of customer service and quality of service, to management, employees, and applicants.  Responds to requests and provides routine information for internal and external guests/customers.
