A complete CTUIR Application is required for all applicants. To be considered please make sure to submit a complete application packet that includes:
- CTUIR Application (Signed Supplemental Form - Page 4)
- Cover Letter
- Resume
- High School/GED Transcripts
- Official College Transcripts
- If applicable:
- Copy of Tribal ID
- Veteran's DD214 Form
