If you're unsure which permits your project requires, please contact the Water Code Administrator office at 541-429-7273 or send an email to WaterResources@ctuir.org.

Landowners

First, if you have questions about your project, please contact the Water Code Administrator to make an appointment to discuss your project.  Meeting with the Water Resources Program can take place along with staff from Tribal Planning.

For a new domestic or irrigation well, you will fill out an Application for a Permit to Develop a Water System.  There will be slightly different applications forms for domestic, irrigation, or other use wells.

Provide clear and legible maps and materials. Complete the form, sign and date it.  Then submit your application and associated materials.

You may also renew your permit if expired. There is a form to renew your Permit to Develop a Water System and a different form to renew your Permit to Utilize Tribal Water.
