The 477 Workforce Development Program is committed to serving youth and adult CTUIR Tribal members and members of other Federally Recognized Tribes. It is our mission to case manage each client and provide the training and support needed to obtain, and maintain, full-time regular employment within the CTUIR entities and surrounding areas of Umatilla County. It is our goal to provide training opportunities that foster and support individual employment plans for each participant and to empower individuals through self determination and self sufficiency.
